Optional — if blank, your account email is used on customer-facing documents.
Appears on customer quotes and invoices. Max 2MB, PNG or JPG.
Pricing & Markup
Set your markup percentages. These are applied on top of your material and labor costs when generating quotes.
Applied to material costs. 100% = double the cost (50% margin).
Applied to labor costs. Set to 0 if labor is already at sell rate.
Gate prices are set per product on the Products page. This setting controls footage calculation only.
🔑 Account
Update your login email or password. These are your Supabase Auth credentials used to sign in.
Team Members
Manage your team. Invited members can create estimates and quotes under your company.
Subscription & Billing
Manage your plan, update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Customer Payments (Stripe Connect)
Connect your Stripe account so customers can pay quotes directly from their quote page. Money goes straight to your bank account.
Stripe handles all payment processing, security, and compliance. Visual Fence Pro never sees your banking details.
Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar to auto-create events when you schedule work orders. Job details, customer info, and address are included in each event.
Only calendar event permissions are requested. Visual Fence Pro cannot read your existing calendar.
Public Estimator Widget
Give potential customers an instant fence estimate on your website. Leads are captured and shown on your dashboard.
Paste this code into any page on your website to embed the estimator widget.
View and manage leads from your Dashboard → Estimator Leads section.
The estimator uses your product pricing when available, or industry averages as fallback. UTM parameters are supported for campaign tracking.
Lead Marketplace
PREVIEWGet qualified fence leads from homeowners in your area. VFP captures leads from homeowners searching for fence estimates and routes them to opted-in contractors.
QuickBooks Online
Connect QuickBooks to automatically sync customers, estimates, invoices, and payments. No more double entry.
Syncs quotes, invoices, and payments to your QuickBooks company. Visual Fence Pro never accesses your banking data.

How Custom Textures Work
Upload a head-on photo of any fence style. The image will be mapped to the fence run's shape on the canvas. For best results:
· Shoot straight-on with even lighting
· Crop tightly to just the fence
· Wider aspect ratios (3:1 or 4:1) work best
· Images are stored in your browser (localStorage) so they persist across sessions
